Sound Bath: An Immersive Experience of Sound + Light
In Partnership with Elk Mountain Wellness Concierge and Center for the Arts.
Step into an evening where live music, light, and stillness converge. Co-hosted with Elk Mountain Wellness Concierge and CB Power Yoga, this immersive experience features Ashley King and a collective of guest musicians weaving together ambient instrumentation and layered sound beneath candlelight and mesmerizing lights.
More than a sound bath, this is a meditative experience—an invitation to slow down, sink in, and let sound and light guide you somewhere beyond the everyday.
A limited number of mats and bolsters will be available, though we encourage you to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you create your perfect nest. Arrive early to enjoy our tea bar, settle into the space, and prepare for an evening of deep rest, connection, and all the good vibes.
