Candlelight Flow | Donation-Based Class | WARM
Twice monthly, we dim the lights and practice by candlelight for a grounding, end-of-day reset. Gradually build warmth through a slow, mindful flow, then melt into deeper release. The final portion of class features longer, nourishing holds and a generous savasana meditation to fully settle body and mind.
Classes rotate between teachers, alternating Mondays and Fridays in both our Warm and Hot studios, so each offering has its own unique feel while keeping the same calming intention.
Open to all levels — perfect if you’re new to yoga, easing back into movement, or simply need a peaceful evening.
$10 minimum donation — pay what you can.

Transformational Breathwork Ceremony
Join Keela, trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, for a ceremonial experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and reconnection with your inner wisdom.
What to expect:
45-minute guided breathwork cleanse — regulate, activate, release
Immersive sound journey
Gentle plant medicine with grounding aromas
Group rage release — scream, howl, let it out
Guided manifestation meditation
Intention setting + conscious releasing
Integration circle to ground it all in
We’ll use gentle, sustained breathing techniques over an extended period to bring you into deeper resonance with the body’s innate intelligence. Through breath and sound, the energetic body can begin to shake loose mental and emotional blocks — where grief, rage, and overwhelm often live in the physical body. ✨ Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned with your true sense of self. Bonus: This ceremony is intentionally timed to support the Solar Eclipse + the Year of the Fire Horse (2/17) — a potent moment for release, activation, and transformation.

Candlelight Slow Burn Tip Your Teachers Donation Class
Candlelight Flow: Tip Your Teachers
Join us for a special Candlelight Flow dedicated to honoring the heart of our studio—our teachers. All year long, many of you have shared how grateful you are for the way CB Power Yoga shows up for our community. In turn, many have asked how you can support the teachers who pour so much into every class.
As you know, most of our teachers work multiple jobs here in the valley. As an owner, I take pride in paying our team well, but in a small and seasonal town, there isn’t always much left after the bills are paid. This class is a chance to humbly and wholeheartedly show your appreciation for the love, energy, and effort they offer every time they step into the room.
Move, breathe, and unwind by candlelight—while giving back directly to the humans who guide your practice. All proceeds from this class will be split among the teachers currently on the CB Power Yoga schedule.
Thank you for supporting the people who make this place what it is.

It’s the perfect opportunity to shop local, support your community, and find one-of-a-kind treasures while celebrating the season with us.

This 75-minute Winter Solstice Sound Bath is an invitation to soften, reset, and reconnect with your inner light through the calming resonance of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and guided intention. Ashley King will lead you through a nurturing soundscape designed to melt stress, restore balance, and help you emerge renewed. Lunar Eclipse Breathwork Ceremony
Lunar Eclipse Breathwork Ceremony: Deep Energetic Clearing
Sunday, Sept 7th. 5:30-7pm / $35
Intention • Sound Journey • Planet Guidance • Integration
Join Keela for a powerful guided breathwork journey designed to help release stagnant energy and realign with your true essence during this blood moon lunar eclipse. Different from our classes, this breathwork is especially great for those who are looking for relief from feeling stress, grief, anger, and overwhelm.
The simple 3-part breath technique is done while lying down on a yoga mat with the support of blankets and bolsters to create a comfortable position during the length of the experience. Initiating the breath for a longer period of time, you stimulate hormones and new brain wavelengths, guiding you into a deeply meditative, introspective state. Taken at any pace, the effects of this technique have been deeply beneficial and soulful to many!
A sober, and more approachable cousin to a psychedelic journey, each breathwork session takes you on an inner voyage, guided by your own body, into release, insight, and deeper connection, while maintaining complete awareness and control of yourself.
Guided by Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Keela Gendron, the experience is supported with intentional music and soundscapes, light natural plant aromas, and a safe, nurturing environment. When we end the breathwork, your body is tuned to a different frequency and you're guided into the meditation and integration phase.
No experience necessary. Space Limited.
What to Bring:
Comfortable, cozy clothes
Water
Journal or piece of paper and pen
Yoga mat (optional)
Eye pillow or cloth to cover your eyes (optional)
A special item for the alter to cleanse or dedicate to your experience (an item from nature, jewelry, photo, etc.)
