Join us as we dim the lights and practice by candlelight for a grounding, end-of-day reset. Gradually build warmth through a slow, mindful flow, then melt into deeper release. The final portion of class features longer, nourishing holds and a generous savasana meditation to fully settle body and mind.
Open to all levels — perfect if you’re new to yoga, easing back into movement, or simply need a peaceful evening.
