Sound Bath + Restorative Yoga

This nurturing 90-minute restorative practice and sound journey led by Ashley King begins with 45 minutes of grounding yoga, moving mindfully through poses that warm the body and center the mind. Then, transition into 45 minutes of a blissful sound bath experience, immersing yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and other instruments. This practice is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, set intentions for the season ahead, and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and deeply connected to the rhythms of nature.
