Candlelight Flow | Donation-Based Class | HOT

Twice monthly, we dim the lights and practice by candlelight for a grounding, end-of-day reset. Gradually build warmth through a slow, mindful flow, then melt into deeper release. The final portion of class features longer, nourishing holds and a generous savasana meditation to fully settle body and mind.

Classes rotate between teachers, alternating Mondays and Fridays in both our Warm and Hot studios, so each offering has its own unique feel while keeping the same calming intention.

Open to all levels — perfect if you’re new to yoga, easing back into movement, or simply need a peaceful evening.

$10 minimum donation — pay what you can.
